我网申用信用卡付款后，出现以下字样：

This card was declined. Please contact your bank.

Unfortunately, your form cannot be sent until the financial transaction is

successful.

我该怎么办啊 ？ 这是不是意味着我的卡被冻了，不能用了？  还是我可以过会再试

试，如果过会正常就说明没关系？ 我会被罚款吗 ？

请各位快点帮帮我啊，我很急呢，第一次遇到这种情况，不知道怎么处理。

换卡，打电话银行，问学校...
