答案给的是E，可是我有一个疑问，in a mere 和 in merely相同么？
mere和merely词性就不同，而且mere应该是修饰three pecent的，而merely则是修饰后面整个短语的。
请教大家了

in merely three percent of the cell’s DNA，MERELY是副词，在介词后、名

词前是错误的。

C后面the cell's DNA推得前面一定是单数

这里与in a mere与in merely无关

走错方向了

merely可以修饰名词，这种用法很常见，和mere意思不同。
