1. 不要做太多准备,不然会让你限制在准备好的框架里,没法发挥.

2. 记住面试确实应该是一次交谈,而不是你在无助地接收盘问,也不能自顾自地海侃

3. 努力活跃气氛,脸上带着微笑,相信我,对方可以感觉得到

4. 记得写thanks letter, 我差点就忘了.
