请问作文issue新题中a6怎么翻译？

这个第六题版本不同的，新东方和我们cd的不一样，只有几个单词之差，意思差好多。

我们的：the type of leadership that an organization needs(be it a college,a country,or a business,for example)depends largely on whether the organization is stable or in crisis.

新东方孙远提纲：the type of leadership that an organizaiton needs(be it a college,a country, or a business, for example)depens largely on whether the organization is stable in crisis.

I think the former one is right.

一个组织（比如说大学，国家或者企业）需要的领导的类型很大程度上依赖于这个组织是处于稳定的状态里还是处于危机中.CD的说法是对的.
