D实际指出，管理层必须动态研究问题。因为竞争对手采取了新技术，已经在成本等方面处于优势，也就是说市场竞争环境已经变化了。因此管理层不能采取题干中的方法，在假设价格、市场份额等不变的状况下，研究决定是否采取新技术。

我理解原文的意思是,考虑减少成本的那些公司经常把选择投资与成本,销售价格和不变的市场份额做比较(不知道对不对)

所以d中的市场份额变了,因此这种比较就没意思了
