My interview occurred in London today, and it was conducted by one admission committee member – which is of norm for HBS. It started slightly late, but exited exactly after 30 minutes punctually.
Echoing with people who have reported their interviews earlier at BW, I found no curve-ball questions, and the entire conversation was pretty much surrounding my personal experiences and HBS.
Questions:
Why I join X?
What is my current role?
What did I exactly do to solve the challenge in my current role (in my essay too), and achieve the result?
Why MBA? Why HBS?
My uniqueness to bring to the class
A team work experiences?

Relax and be yourself!
I feel that it went on okay – I told myself prior to the interview that I would for sure forget to raise some points or stories that I had prepared – and it was true. Again, not much feedback from the interview itself, and the interviewer is very professional and friendly. I left with the legendary HBS ball pen and a paper folder. When I claimed my coat and handbags at reception, I saw the next candidate… It is a really tied up schedule!
I am so happy that I can eventually put a full-stop here, as I will leave the rest with "god" (uncertainty). Wish everyone good luck!
FYI – for guys who don’t know me, my background: modest G, T and GPA, 4 yr intl/global working experiences in various industries, non-IB/MC/HF/PE candidates.
