我觉得就是问两个percent的变化吧

条件1和2分别只给出了当年的Total United States trade占当年的 gross domestic product的比例，而问题问的是From 1985 to 1994, what was the percent increase in total United States trade，即假设1994的 Total United States trade 为x，1985的Total United States trade 为y,求的应该是（x-y）/y,显然根据条件1和2是无法算出的
