请NN出来指点一下这题的分析过程，万分感激

首先要主谓一致，句子第二部分是so were probably without language，主语一

定要是人（Neanderthals）不可能是vocal tract, 这样就排除了CDE；

然后就是代词指代的问题了，A 中a vocal tract是单数，不能用those，所以只有B
