你没有理解好题目啊.1. 第三句的意思是: 当国家间adjusted, 然后可reliably comparable 时,就不会有(countries with the largest budget deflictis would also have the largest trade deflicits )的关系. 意思就是说在进行reliably comparasion. 2. 其实"前两句是重点, 说budget deficit 跟trade deficit的关系不是必然的. 我觉得讲的意思跟C一样. 其实这题我做时也和你一样选了B, 看og解析才明白. 希望我现在的解析没有错+你明白了
