In the xy-plane, region R consists of all the points (x,y) such that 2x+3y=6. Is point (r,s) in region R? 1. 3r+2s=6 2.r=3 and s=2 这体gwd的答案是e 可是我认为条件1，两条直线有交点，所以无法确定条件2，点肯定不在regionR里。所以应该是b 大家认为呢？

the answer is E

I think because the question asks if (r,s) fall into region R

B is incorrect, since given r=3, s=2 we can only be sure that (3,2) fall into line 3x+2y=6

we do not know if line 3x+2y=6 fall WITHIN region R

is this correct?? can anyone confirm the answer? thanks
