mm已经说了，这是主谓搭配的问题，reduction作为主语，是不能搭配谓语acknowledge, attempt这样的动作的，Federal Reserve Board倒是可以。Moreover, these verbs are used incorrectly because the sentence mentions no subject that is performing these actions. 这句话怎么理解. 这题要求的是名词结构平行对称，所以不能用动词的分词形式。而且，GMAT要求逻辑关系清晰，所以一般要求分词前补出逻辑主语，这就是moreover的意思。我想这两题可能是一类题,主谓之间的逻辑搭配问题,可是不知道有什么原则. 原则就是合理，考虑主谓搭配的时候多用一下common sense，然后多多练习，熟悉GMAT的思路。
