答案是C，呜呜，我却选了B，然后又连着2道很简单的SC题。从我的经历看我比较有把握的说So dogged那道题正确答案应该不会是C，而是E。这道题终于可以盖棺定论了!

CR考了那道科学家40岁以前有创造力的BF，我考前知道有这个题，但是答案我忘了，又重新一字一句推敲了一番。

还有一道：说一地方主要取用地下水来灌溉，地下水快depleted了，原来的灌溉系统不好，把水引到田里时有2/3被漏掉了，因此有科学家建议重修灌溉系统。问削弱科学的proposal。
