大学期间，是系里的学生会主席，组织过一系列的活动，但也都是regular的。

Don't worry about that.

Leadership is not about title or position; it's about impact or influence. B-school is seeking such potential from young applicants. B-school want people who can be shaped and who can shape the world.

你最需要的就是confidence！有了confidence，Columbia不是梦。
