个人意见，原文认为p是每次事故中受伤最少的车，并没有说p车发生事故的概率

而c说p车是出事故最多的，所以weaken

简单说：虽然同类车中他最牛，但是由于整个类别差，所以不能说P车是所有车中就

牛了。所以C是weaken。
