My ans: Science program using a program blablabla(means more interesting), and arts program only uses the old material.
5.唯一的一道boldface题。说的是一个地方规定保险公司要对某种车祸引起的伤害赔偿，所以这个地方的对这种伤害的索赔数量是另一个没有这种要求的地方的数量的两倍。评论家认为since 内容我忘记了，但是since部分是第一个boldface, 然后作者发表观点，（注意这句），commentators are correctly conclude that, but (此后boldface)they are wrong to make a further conclusion.后面的我也记不清楚了，好像是说没有那种要求的地方的人根本懒得去索赔。
我觉得第一个boldface是支持作者accept的一个观点，第二个是作者的观点， that is, the conclusion that the argument defends.
