Although this approach was preferable to victimizing other geographic areas by taking their jobs, it also had its shortcoming. preferable 是适合的合适的意思,放这里是说能改善victimizing other geographic areas这弱点的意思吗? 那如果要表达这方法更会victimizing other geographic areas该怎么表达呢? 谢谢

preferable ：更好的 victimize: 使牺牲本句是说，虽然这种方法会更好，（因为）这方法藉由夺取工作的方式来牺牲掉其它地理区域（内的工作机会），这方法也是有它的缺点地。这是OG的文章。
