正确选项是B，同意，但是我有个疑问就是D项中的The collaborative efforts of scientists who are citizens of the same country是不是和single authors一个概念？如果是的话可否做他因解题，谢谢

我觉得这个题目是选C。
很明显的由文中得出：international collaboration has produced papers of
greater influence，as measured by the number of times a paper is cited in
subsequent papers推出research projects conducted by international research
teams are of greater importance 。由此得到结论的前提就是论文被引用的次数是它
报道的研究项目的重要性的标准。
D是无关选项，范围就不对，取非也不削弱

那楼主认为要是D的范围对的话，能不能做答案呢？我觉得还是不行，因为好像和文
中的推理过程无关，请指教
