可以加强就行了。所以关键是要看题目的假设-推论（或是条件-结论，或是手段-目的）。

这个题目里边是用outsourcing的手段来达到profit增长的目的。我们知道

profit=revenue-cost，所以只要答案有加强revenue会增长或者cost会降低的作用就对了。

just has nothing to do with the part that will be outsourced.
