第二面应该说是有点大意了。本想着上个星期才背的答案，应该还记得。 这次是和Alumni面试。一开始就犯了个小错误。太兴奋了，太菜鸟了，没有好好学习instruction。跟Alumni 联系以前就把时间填上了。结果Alumni跟学校抱怨，学校又帮我cancel掉重来。希望没有负面印象。

本来schedule的是半个小时的面试，和Alumni一聊就聊了一个半小时。看来往后跟Alum面试要多准备点料。很nice的人，还说起了当年他们读MBA的故事，可惜我当时还在Yale的formal interview mode 里，这么casual 的conversation 我花了好一会才适应。

Interview Question:

Leadership Experience （what kind of leader are you)

teamwork experience (what role do you play in a team?)

Why MBA

Why Columbia

Tell me a business ethics situation (tough question and drill down further)

Comments on back dated options (how to prevent it, etc)

Did you apply to any other schools? Which school will you choose if you have offers from all of them?

教训：当时就是懒，leadership 和teamwork 的问题没有好好准备，结果只好临阵发挥。business ethics 的也是，看她还是意犹未尽的样子，只好继续临场发挥（汗）。

还是那句话，还可以improve，不过，谋事在人，成事在天，就这样了 (Cross my fingers)
