They will charge you after you submit your application.

You can check the To-Do List in the OPUS system after you get the password and

ID.

If To-Do List doesn't ask for application fee, your application fee has been

charged sucessfully.

I guess there may be some delay between providing credit card number and

charging your application fee.

send email asking the Admissions.  this problem confused me for a while

either; I can't get a receipt for the credit card payment. at last I asked them

directly and finally get answered.
