AWA: argument: 120 students went to city council to protest( State college fund cutting), another 12000 students either went on vacation or study for the exam. Conclusion, most of the students were not concerned of the fund cutting, and state authority should ignore these protest.

Issue: Team member should share responsibility and duties, but powerful team leas(central power) will imparir the efficiency of an organization or group
