For each additional day that the book is overdue, the total fine is either increased by $0.30 or doubled, whichever results in the lesser amount. What is the total fine for a book on the fourth day it is overdue?

(B) $0.70

(D) $0.90

(E) $1.00

我想问问increased by是增加到，还是增加了，那increase to又是什么意思呢？

请问，不是每天增加了0.3吗？那就应该是

題目有說不是double就是增加0.3,然後找最小的算喔!
