我04年毕业于非著名大学本科工科，现在通信行业工作3年。觉得自己不适合做科研，想转行。不知道申请金融专业或mba是否合适，或者有什么合适的专业可以选择。多谢。

I wonder what advantages you have can ensure you transfer to finance?

In my opinion, MBA is a more suitable track.

No one can tell you what's good for you. You need to do a lot more work on your own. A couple approaches I'd recommend.

1. Talk to people in the field. Get a good understanding of what they do, what they like and dislike about the job.

2. Volunteer at an organization and try out your leadership skills or some entry-level finance work. It's a risk-free way to experiment before you commit a few year and a lot of money into it.

3. Read up on different programs, talk to the students, go to information sessions. The more informed you are, the better your final decision will be, hopefully.
