The second year of a two-year programme is a different proposition. The time spent studying electives or specialisations is considerably less than that demanded by core subjects in the first year and many students work.
However, don’t expect to take on anything very onerous (or particularly well paying) and resign yourself to something that is likely to involve your business school.
Typical jobs pursued by second-year students include: teaching assistant (helping academics prepare or deliver first-year classes); working in the school’s admission department or other areas such as the library; or anything that you can persuade the faculty and administration to pay you to do.
