why not call them and ask if you have been admitted. Ask them

to get it straight.

It does not hurt by asking, seeking clarification.

The wording is vague, feeling like the final decision has not yet

reached. The final decision is with "the College of Graduate

Studies and  Research".

The deposit should be paid after you have got their acceptance

decision.
