1、關於專利權的問題說電腦軟件的申請專利系統patent system?記不住了，反正是說申請專利當中會遇到的一些問題，比如那些審核專利的examiner不清楚哪些是基礎的知識（也就是不值得不應當申請專利吧），哪些是有發明性的
2、Drug dilivery system.1961年Bangham第一次在做一個什麽試驗的時候發現了liposome?(我記不得是怎麽spell的）可以參照本版縂的2月rc機經中2月9日的，曾經出現過
