OG答案是B。偶对B答案没有问题，但认为C也可以做答案。

我对C的推理是：原文说：那些每周在办公时间锻炼一次的员工请病假缺席的可能性低。选项C说：那些每周在办公时间锻炼一次的员工，也通常在下班后锻炼身体，这里就给说了一个他因，就是“下班后锻炼对降低缺席率的作用很大”。所以，如果公司的结论是，推出办公时间的健身计划，员工的请假缺席率会降低。这个计划可能失败，因为它忽略了选项C提出的他因“下班后锻炼很重要”，所以选项C起到了对结论的weaken作用。

但是也只是有可能 而且楼主的推理有点过了 不够直接

美国人的思维不像中国人那样复杂的 

be careful with the word "even one exercise"

it doesn't mean that all the employees do exercise once a week

therefore, even if C is right, it will not undermine the conclusion
