本科的优异成绩？金融的从业经历？牛人的推荐信？ＧＭＡＴ／ＧＲＥ的高分？

You need undergraduate degree. It doesn't matter what kind of

major, but you have to demonstrate your quantitative ability either in your undergraduate studies, working experience or GMAT / GRE math score.

Which MFE program are you looking at?
