disclose sth.to sb.或者 disclose to sb. sth., how long 引导的从句做disclose的宾语

有点不同意

我们以前中学学的语法是说虚拟语气require that sb should do sth.里的that shoudl 可以省略

但是我看OG11的答案解释凡是这类中虚拟语气是不能有should的
