28.k和p是positive constants，问以下那个方程一定有一个负数解。
I、 X*X+kX+p=0
II、 X*X-kX+p=0
III、 X*X+kX-p=0

you can not even make sure if the equation has any solution. is k^2 greater than 4p?

我认为用x1 + x2 =-b/a； x1 * x2 =c/a来酸。其中I应该是2个负数之。若提议说只有一个负数只，则I不对。
