If d=1/(2^3*5^7) is expressed as a terminating decimal, how many nonzero digits will d have?

why the answer is "Two"?

d= 1/(2^3*5^7) = 10^-7 * 2^4 = 16 * 10^-7

Two digits: 1 and 6

就是1 和6了，d等于0....15
