我是今天上午考的GMAT,先讲机经吧.
Wring
1. by prividing a well-equipped gym, the town council could reduce the cost of insurance coverage by 50% and achieve a balanced budget.
2. Employees should keep their personal activities as separat as possible from their workplace.
Reading
1. 说有的公司在搞个什么loyal customers program to best serve them.依据是8020原则,就是80%的利润来自20%的忠实客户.作者看这个计划十分不爽.说20%的并不一定是loyal的.loyal的往往是那些light buyer.就是花银子不是很多的那部分人.这篇不难.
2. 也是关于loyal customer 的问题.社会上流行的观点是说服务老顾客的成本要低于服务新顾客.作者又举出另外一个猛人的观点来证明服务老顾客的成本其实高与服务新顾客的成本,因为老顾客喜欢bargain for lower price.
3. 还有一篇记得不大清楚了.
