是模考题库里的一道data sufficiency，第一个条件看不懂
Ellie is sitting in the front row of a theater. In this row, there are 12 more seats to the right of where she is seated than there are to the left of her. How many seats are in the front row of the theater?
1)In the front row of the theater, there are 6 less than 3 times the number of seats located to the left of where Ellie is seated.
2)In the front row, there are 31 seats to the right of the one in which Ellie is seated.
答案是D

我的理解:
1.第一个条件的意思是:剧院第一排的座位总数是Ellie的座位左边的座位总数的3倍少6个.
2.解答:设Ellie的座位左边又n个座位.则她的右边有n+12个座位,第一排所有的座位数是2n+13.
         由1)可知:2n+13=3n-6, 得出n=19,则第一排共有51个座位.
         由2)可知:n+12=31,也得出n=19,则第一排有51个座位.
         所以,答案是D

条件一说的是第一行的座位个数比Ellie左边座位个数的3倍少6，设左边个数为x个，则有等式

x+x+12+1=3x-6 则x=19,总共有3*19-6=51个
