我个人是这么认为的：
按照题目要求，如果从A先到E，那么，已经花费7，此后，分两条路线：
1.E-C-F-A，即2+4+3=9
2.E-F-C-A，即6+4+3=13
1，2分别加上已经花费的7，最后分别为：16；20。
那么，选择最小的16。
不知对不对？
