我从前R3成功过，TOP 15的学校。因为种种原因没有去。
但是个人不建议申请R3，除非真是迫不得已。
当然了，用来练手也没啥不好的。

if you want to have a try, first study the school and write to admission office, checking to see if your application will be fully considered because you are an international applicants. Some bschools make it clear that Jan round is international students are supposed to apply.

Rumor has it that much more applicants from China this year than ever before. You may take it into account when you make the final decision. Good luck!
