这类题我觉得用"取百"的方法最好,就是只有出现百分比就假设最初的总量为100,这样方便把数字都转化

为整数,有便于计算.

这题,设1994年时X市总共有100人,那有PC的就有40人,而说1998年的数据比它高30%,那么就用40*1.3 

同样,根据题目所述,人口在1998年比1994年多了4%,那么1998年的人口就是100*1.04 =104

这时用上面的那个数据除以下面的即可
