2、89.  Q:  如果一个定单的书价低于$15,则运费为$3,如果一个定单的书价高于$15,则运费为书价的20%,问两个定单X和Ｙ的运费总共为多少？
1)Ｘ的书价加Ｙ的书价＝$18.75
2)X的书价和Y的书价都高于$4

No. 1: As long as M is not 0, there must be a intersection. Therefore, a) sufficient, b) not sufficient cause no info about M No.2 I believe it is C. Because $18.75=$9 +$9.75 or $18.75=$2+$16.75. fee is different. If b) is added, because if both > 4 then both must <15. No.3 Need to assum it is cut vertically
