可不可以试着从常规的角度来理解? 一般情况下,公司的目标都为了获利,其它一些手段均是为这个目标服务的。很明显，结论应该是to realize the highest possible year-end profits

I am not NN, just a freshman. I think 第一句话是前提，第二句才是结论，即: any product or service that 自己生产时的cost > 其他公司生产时的cost 就应该外包，因为公司主要目标是年终利润最大化; 也即，只要能节省成本就外包。

B.给出了实施outsourcing 还需要考虑的除cost 以外的其它因素，不是只要cost 低就外包的。

C.only give 外包 或 不外包的task，没有谈为什么不外包，so 并不能削弱结论。
