整个面试大概有三十多分钟，再聊了几分钟的天后，面试变得正式起来，面试官也拿出了许多自带的小纸条。在剩下的23分钟内，我主要回答了以下三个问题。
1． 告诉我,当什么时候你可以确保整个工作的完成，当其他人对它并没有像你那样专注于去完成它。
2． 描述下某次当你为了努力完成了一个非常重要的工作目标，却不得不团队中的两个或者更多的同事产生了冲突时的状况。
3． 说明以下这种情况，你怎么说服了别人承认你的观点思路，但是一开始他们并不认同你。
对于每个问题的答案，我说明了这个事件的背景，我为了达到目标所进行的有步骤的努力，以及最后的结果。面试时并不会问许多后续问题，她只是带着很多小纸条而已。
在最后几分钟里，她问了我有没有其他问题，我问了有关于Wharton partners program的相关问题，以及为什么career office和admissions office都由相同的人进行监督。

The TOPWAYis continuing to get more posts from applicants sharing their MBA interview experiences. Our latest addition is from a candidate for Wharton, who shared this Round 1 off-campus interview with an alumnus:
“The interview was 30 minutes long. After chatting for a few minutes, the interview explained that we would be conducting a behavioral interview and that she would be taking lots of notes. For the next 23 minutes I was asked a total of three questions.
- Tell me when you have ensured that a task has been completed, when others seemed less focused than you on completing it.
- Describe a time when you worked towards an important goal and had to address conflict between two or more team members.
- Explain a time when you persuaded others to your way of thinking, when at first they didn’t agree with your idea.
For each of the answers, I explained the background of my story, the steps I took to achieve the goal and the end result. The interview did not ask any follow up questions – she just kept taking lots of notes.
In the last few minutes, she asked me if I had any questions for her. I asked about the Wharton partners program and why the career office and admissions office is overseen by the same person. That’s it.”
