1. Three offers:
OSU: GA( 50% tuition waiver+ 710$/m stipend) + 5k$/y fellowship
   MSU: GA (16 k$gap to cover tuition + 640$/m) + 8k$/y scholarship
PSU:  GA ( full tuition waiver) + 700 $/m stipend

2. My Question:
Now I am considering on which school to choose and I would like to ask you for advices. It seems that each school has its own advantages and disadvantages I have made a comparison based on the information I collect, but it is just some data I get from internet. it seems to me that OSU MBA ranks best among the three and its location is relatively better compared to the other two. Michigan state has the best program in supply chain management and its career services is better. Penn state also has good reputation in supply chain management and its scholarship is more generous than the other two.
MBA Ranking: OSU(25th)>MSU=PSU(44th),
SCM Ranking: MSU(2th)>PSU(5th)>OSU(7th),
Career services: MSU>PSU>OSU
Location: OSU>PSU,MSU
Scholarship: PSU (100% tuition waive + 7000$/y stipend) > MSU( 95% tuition waive, need to pay 2000$/y)> OSU (80% tuition waive, need to pay 11000$/y)
In your opinion, if i want to pursue my career in supply chain management or operation in future and would like to land a job in the US after graduation, which school can give the best opportunity for me to reach my goal? Which school has the best reputation and recognition in the US?

Now for school. OSU is a very good school, but for sure you will have cultural adjustments. The Midwest is nothing like China, especially the food. You know how much I enjoyed your food but hear it is heavy on steak and potatoes, burgers, Mexican food. All good but different and easy to gain weight. The political culture is Republican. Their platform is against entitlement programs (social welfare), and in support of the rich getting richer because they create the jobs and new business for society. Equal distribution of wealth is NOT supported , it is up to the individual to make whatever level of success they desire. It is the land of opportunity. Just remember that Individualism and Socialism are almost opposite in every way. I could help you with adjusting.

Penn State also a very good school, you would not go wrong there. Culturally there are Amish communities which soften the adjustment facture. There are simple kind people who live off the land and reject technology. They still use horse and buggy as transportation. You can read about it.

MSU also a good school, employers would respect your credentials from MSU when looking to hire you. You would not go wrong. Also I think an easier culture adjustment, more democrats and liberals in the political scene. Closer to the east coast where there is more diversity and European influence.
2) Todd( lean consultant)
Regarding which school, you cannot go wrong with any of them as they all have excellent reputations in the US. I would rank them PSU first, MSU second, and OSU third (80% tuition waive is not great and $11,000/yr is very high).
3) Yad ( SCM quality; has MBA in MSU)
For SCM, I believe MSU will be the best one based on high ranking, but based on the information you provided...I will go with PSU...$8K/yr is a quite a bit of money

我个人偏向于性价比最高的PSU, 但据说MSU的就业会更好一些,希望大家能给一些意见,谢谢!
