面试经历：
由于申请了Johnson Women in Business program，所以有机会比其他R1申请人提前面试，Cornell Johnson School MBA面试形式是face to face，Cornell Johnson School MBA面试人是Ann Richards(Associate Director of Admissions, Dirctor of Financial Aid)，面试时间+提问时间总共为30分钟。

Cornell Johnson School MBA面试开始之前我们热场了很久，中间面试过程沟通和交流流畅，有不少眼神和表情的交流，结束时候也聊了不少面试之外其他内容。

总体感觉整个过程很愉快，Ann相当专业，头脑清晰。

面试之前准备了几个基本问题，如Why MBA? Why Johnson?等，总的原则是Be yourself，谈到有激情的时候要自然流露，这样面试官也会被深深吸引。
