分享一下我自己的面试信息，也许对之后的和我背景类似的有些帮助。 我估计会去S。提前预祝第二轮第三轮的好运。

S面试与校友进行。 邀请的时间先后应该没有什么重要意义。S的面试相对H重要程度要低一些，但也是整体材料的一部分。

问我的主要问题包括：

• walk thru resume
• explain different decisions (why going to XX university, why XX majors, why XX career, why back to China)
• what do you want to do after MBA? what will you do if you don't get in?
• leadership experience
• failure experience

当然，也有不少follow-up穿插其中。校友人很和善，但也相当professional. 其中有些问题是学校交待要问的清单中的问题，其他则是校友自选的。

H的面试官是多年来都到上海的adcom member. 气氛相当好，但也很紧凑。30分钟问了20多个问题，包括:

• work update
• how did u move from job A to job B? Compare A and B
• what's ur view on China's XX industr and macro view on China (这位面试官的经典问题，她对business model, industry development status很感兴趣)
• different decisions / transitions
• a few philosophical questions / open-ended questions to get who I am as a person
• specific examples on one theme that I talked about on my current job

总体来说，两家都没问我why S 或why H，都是从life decisions, behavioral questions, general biz view 及personal goal / personalities 方面问的。只要申请过程中对自己认识充分，其实没什么可担心的，只是介于平时商务会议和朋友聊天之间。
