The questions for my interview (11th November, 2010) were:

1. Discuss your profile, work & responsibilities.
2. How does a typical work day look for you?
3. Why MBA?  Why now?
4. Why Tepper?
5. [Explain] some leadership experience.
6. [Tell me] something that you will like to share from outside work.
7. What will be your biggest contribution to Tepper community?
8. What do you think you have to gain most out of Tepper community?
9. Any questions for me?

My interview was with Krystal Brooks and she seems to be a nice person with a very sweet voice and you should have no problems understanding her. (if you are planning for a telephonic interview).

My interview lasted around 25 minutes. I asked Krystal about whats the next step and she said they will now review my application many times before coming out with a final decision. She also said that all decisions will be declared together and via email by 20th December.
