我申请的第一轮，会去Stanford，想说我的面试经验可能对大家有所帮助，所以在这里和大家分享。现人在美国，明年春夏我都会在北京。
Stanford：校友面试@咖啡馆; 时长：90分钟
问题(按先后顺序排列）：
1. briefly introduce yourself, why MBA, and why Stanford (这三个问题是连着一句话问出来的）
2. why did you leave your previous company and start your own company
3. tell me a challenging experience
4. tell me a time when you led a team, what was your role
5. tell me a time when you had to deal with a tough person
6. anything else you want to talk about
6. any question for me about Stanford
7. a question about a social activity in my resume
8. how is your project going here, what do you do for the current client
9. do you think you could help more american clients' business in the future
10. any question for me about the local life

MIT: 招生官面试@MIT；时长：45分钟
问题(指明不能用申请材料里的故事，要用新故事）：
1. A question about my optional essay
2. when you left your previous company, how did you feel, how did you communicate with your boss about it
3. when you started your start-up, how did you feel
4. what is the relation between you and your client
5. tell me a time when you had to change your opinion
6. tell me a teamwork experience
7. tell me your recent accomplished project
8. what makes you land in MIT

Tips
1. Stanford更多关注why, MIT则更关注how。
2. 都要求描述很多细节，比如场景，心理活动，做决定的原因和动机等。
3. 保持诚恳和真实。没有人是完美的，诚恳和真实会让你变得有趣。我们都喜欢和有趣的人做朋友，不是么
4. 关注对方，把面试变成一次朋友间的交谈。
