    我觉得C根本就是无关，其他人不超速，我也不需要超速。和装devices有什么关系

算是排除他因吧因为如果偶尔会因为需要提速来避免交通意外的话，这种限速就会有一定的危害而题目要求的找一个假设支持原文，那么当然是要排除这种情况咯

d不行，文中说了装了这个装置就可以防止车超速，是硬件的。不说逻辑了，就说事实吧。我的车上就装有类似的装置，只要车速超了120，油就加不上了，急死你也超不了车，要有车追尾了，干等着人家撞屁股上了就。
