TVM的小问题求解

刚刚开始学习一级的Quantitative Methods，有个小问题。

Suppose you have the opportunity to invest 1000 at the end of each of the next 7 years in exchange for a 10000 receipt at the end of the tenth year.What is the annual rate of return this investment ?

如果是选择题，挨个代入算就可以。但还是想知道计算过程。

1, PMT=-1000 N=7 I/Y=X --->FV

2, PV=FV N=3 FV=10000 -->I/Y

应该能解出来，但是用计算器该怎么算呢？

use cash flow function. 1000 each for the first seven years. 0 for the eighth and ninth year. -10000 for the tenth year. then compute IRR. the answer is 6%.
