答案是C,初步确定the scorpions 应该是the scorpion（新东方软件错误），从逻辑主语的角度，只能选C,但是，body 是单数形式，和arachnids, their不一致呀，如何解释呢？希望这不是另一个笔误

1。我的看法：B中的which在逗号之后，指代前面整个句子，而不是sales的数字。另外我觉得it was the previous year少了一个in在the previous year的前面。是不是oddyuibe写漏了？：）

2。我也觉得应该是bodies。这些是PP3上的题吗？

看了maryland的解释，再看一遍，觉得which用在这里的确不太合适，which经常指代前面整个句子，这样的话，就有指代Sales的嫌疑，而sales和figure是不可以相互比较的。嗯，which得指代今后一定要注意。

我没有写漏，没有in,可能这也是为什么不选B的原因吧

In the second question, "body" is more suitable than "bodies". The meaning of this sentence emphasize that nerve cells in just one individual's body, making a comparison with nerve cells in just one individual's head.
By using plural noun "bodies", then sentence will means "many cells in many individuals", distorting the sentence meaning because we can not know that it means one cell per body, some cells per body, or many cells per body.
Moreover,  it is  insignificant to compare " many cells in many bodies of a species " with "many cells in one head of another species".

此处的which指代1992。按照LZM语法的说法，which不能指代前面整个句子。
