刚才一直在看OG31以前的讨论，都是问E的while willing 和admit to的问题的，猛然回头再看正确选项D，怎么突然间有些糊涂了，

（D）Many people, willing to admit that they lack computer skills or other technical skills, are disinclined to recognize that their analytical skills are weak.

 

willing to admit 是系表结构吗？那为什么不是are willing to admit,这样不是与后面的are disinclined to更平行吗？

My two cents:    the D should be read as:

Many people, (who are) willing to admit that they lack computer skills or other technical skills, are disinclined to recognize that their analytical skills are weak.
