我想了几点,也许有点牵强,希望可以抛砖引玉
1. unwarranted assumption that Helios could provide new business opportunities or a new location because the corporations in Helios city, which is the industrial center of the region, are saturated in most of fields and new opportunities and new locations should be seeked in other undeveloped regions
2. what Helios focus on is research and development of innovative technologies, which are only a few kinds of corporation. For those traditional corporation, their new opportunities and new locations are very few in Helios.
暂时想出这两点,对于Helios失业率低这一点也可以否定一下,false causality-失业率低并不一定代表机会多,不知说的过去不? |
