  答案是A,我选E,我觉得两个都有道理,对于A,从第一句话可知.对于E,如果非E----就不存在后面的保险公司的讨论,到底选哪个呢?

有点问题，非E并不是就没有了后面保险公司的讨论------非E就是  laboratory tests' cost are less costly than the physical examinations实验室检查花费比体检花费便宜。  实验室检查花费比体检花费便宜并不会没有保险公司是否愿意承保实验室检查花费的讨论啊. 即使便宜, 保险公司一样可能不愿意承保.所以选A
